Terms of Service

Effective date: August 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Twivo. By accessing or using the Twivo platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Twivo is a scheduling platform that enables professionals to share a personal booking link. Clients can view real-time availability drawn from the professional’s Google Calendar and book appointments, which are written directly into the professional’s Google Calendar. Twivo does not provide a separate calendar, scheduling dashboard, or approval workflow; bookings are confirmed immediately upon submission.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the Service, you must create an account and authenticate through Google OAuth. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of your profile, including your business name, bio, availability, and booking settings.
  • Ensuring that your Twivo booking link is shared only with appropriate audiences.
  • Managing appointments, cancellations, and client communications through your Google Calendar interface.
  • Protecting the personal data of clients you collect through the Service and complying with your privacy obligations.

You may not use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content, or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

5. Google Calendar Integration

The Service requires you to grant Twivo access to your Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API. This access is used solely to check availability, create and update booking events, generate Google Meet links for video appointments, and add location details for in-person appointments. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your calendar in the Twivo workspace or through your Google account security settings. Revocation will prevent the Service from reading availability or writing new bookings.

6. Fees and Payment

Twivo may offer free and paid service tiers. Any fees, billing cycles, and payment terms applicable to paid features will be presented to you before purchase. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Twivo owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Twivo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if your use of the Service poses a legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twivo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that all bookings will be accurate, complete, or free of conflicts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Twivo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), if no payment was made.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Twivo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twivo is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless both parties agree to binding arbitration in writing.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
